Dr. Lori Vanderwende-Bleeker, DMD
Decades of experience, local roots, and a truly personal approach to helping her patients.
Background & Qualifications:
Dr. Lori Bleeker has grown this office in Wayne, NJ since 2001. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree in 1988 followed by her bachelor’s degree in biology with a chemistry minor from Rutgers University. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1997 and graduated as a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society.
Dr. Bleeker is especially passionate about helping patients overcome dental anxiety to feel proud of their smiles again. Her calm, compassionate approach helps create a supportive setting for patients to feel fully understood, respected, and confident moving forward with their care plans.
Outside the office, Dr. Bleeker volunteers with Dental Lifeline and supports organizations dedicated to animal welfare, cancer research, veterans, and underserved communities. She enjoys cycling, skiing, sailing, and spending time with her husband, John, their four children, and three dogs.

- Certified in CEREC same-day crown, BOTOX, and JUVÉDERM treatments.
- Member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA).
- Named a New Jersey Top Doc every year since 2006 and recognized as one of America's Top Dentists.
- Lifetime Honors by the Women of Distinction in 2018.
Meet Dr. Steven Reff, DDS
Advanced cosmetic and surgical expertise with a gentle, reassuring approach.
Dr. Steven Reff earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthetic Honors Society.
He completed advanced training in general, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He later returned to Columbia to teach postgraduate dentists and future dental professionals advanced techniques.
Dr. Reff brings extensive clinical experience to Dynamic Dental Arts while helping patients feel fully comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. Outside the office, he enjoys hiking with his Yellow Lab, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, Allison, and their two children.

Practicing dental hygiene since 1994, she has been part of our team since the very beginning. Her decades of experience, gentle approach, and familiar face helps patients feel completely at ease while keeping their smiles healthy.

Part of our team since 2012, she brings more than 20 years of dental experience to every visit. Originally from Colombia, she's known for her calm, caring approach that keeps patients feeling confident about their smile.

With the team since 2001, she brings more than 25 years of dental experience. Licensed in X-rays and expanded functions, she helps patients feel comfortable while working toward healthier, more confident smile.

With 24 years of dental experience, she brings a warm, upbeat energy to every visit. Licensed in X-rays, she first joined the team in 2016 and returned in 2023, helping patients feel at ease with humor and a genuine approach.
